Super Express Same Day Delivery Conditions
Super Express Same Day Delivery option only applies to Car Batteries Orders and is only valid for Sydney Metro Addresses.
4 Hour Shipping window on orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday, any orders placed after 12pm will be shipped first thing the next day.

Handling Time
Please allow 2-3 business days for all online orders to be packed.If an item is out of stock, it may take longer to be dispatched.
Incorrect details and shipping instruction will inevitably cause delays.
Please Note: that during peak periods and fragile items, extra days may be required to pick and pack your orders. We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays and breakages caused by cicircumstanceselated to the courier, weather, or other state of emergency.
In Store Pickups: This may take 1-2 business days to pick and pack. A staff member will contact you on the number or email you provided once your order is ready to for collection.

All orders shall be delivered to your nominated shipping address, unless you have nominated to pick-up the order from our warehouse facility. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the shipping address information provided by you is accurate and up-to-date. Shipping costs displayed on the website are indicative only and shall be confirmed with you subsequent to an order being placed. Shipping costs may vary and are subject to change.
We ship all orders with insurance and the shipping cost given to you is inclusive of the insurance cost. At your request, we may ship your order without insurance. We do not accept any liability for loss or damaged suffered by anyone as a result of lost or damaged orders (in whole or in part).
We are not responsible for the delivery times of orders. Subsequent to an order being dispatched, you will be provided a tracking code. You can use this to track the whereabouts of your order and communicate with the nominated shipping partner.
