Items that are purchased from our online store can be returned within 10 days from when you receive your order for a refund or credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (internal or external) with their accessories, tags, labels and manuals (if any).
For any request on item/s return and money back:
- Contact us stating your order number and the details of the item/s you wish to return;
- Reason for returning;
- Our Customer Service Department will issue you a Return Note (RN) and advise our return address;
Kindly note: Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Note. - Please ensure you include this RN with your receipt or proof of purchase with your returned item/s to enable us to process your refund promptly.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) :
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery.
Please DO NOT stick or write anything on the item itself or on its packaging. If needed, please write or place postage stickers on the outer postage packaging.
Kindly ensure the item is securely packed for return postage so that the item is received back by us in its original and resaleable condition. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Sale items (if applicable) – Only regular priced item/s may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchange items (if applicable) – We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at sales@premiumcarcare.com.au
Any refund will be the amount you paid for the item/s returned will be less of a restocking and administration fee of 25%.
